David Williams was the author of the best selling Pass FPC3 manual, which went to six editions. He ran regular, highly successful, FPC training courses from 1996 until the demise of FPC in 2005. He was retained by several major companies including Legal & General, Britannic Assurance and Royal & Sun Alliance, to undertake their FPC training for them.

Mike Kennedy previously worked as part of Eagle Star's training department and was a key part of Eagle Star's 'Academy' programme designed to recruit non-experienced people and develop them into competent financial advisers. Mike was also the training co-ordinator for a national IFA where he co-ordinated the design and delivery of a range of technical and skills courses to its team of advisers.

Experience and expertise exists within the firm to deliver training on a range of significant areas which are relevant to financial services firms. Examples include courses covering Certificate in Financial Planning (CFP), anti-money laundering, data protection and regulatory updates, needs analysis and structuring a suitability letter, selling protection, complaint handling, complaints prevention, supervisor assessment & refresher and running a risk based T&C scheme.
